1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using OnyxVRA MotoLearn you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and notify us of any suspected breach. You are responsible for activities under your account.

3. Course access and license

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course content for your own training. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials.

4. Safety disclaimer

Riding a motorcycle carries inherent risks. You agree to follow all safety guidance, use appropriate protective equipment, and practice in suitable environments. We do not guarantee outcomes or certification by third parties.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Refunds for online courses are available within 7 days if course progress is under 20%. Workshops may be rescheduled once with 72-hour notice. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the services, attempt to access unauthorized areas, or interfere with security features. You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual property

OnyxVRA MotoLearn and its licensors own all rights in the platform and content. Trademarks, logos, and course materials are protected by law.

8. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OnyxVRA MotoLearn from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where local law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
